Meet the Team Behind the Movement

Kayce Berke

Kayce Berke finds her passion in adventure, self-discovery, community healing and health and social justice. As a 200hr RYT, trained at Karma Yoga in Denver, Colorado in 2010, she grounds her classes in reflective movement for all types of people from all walks of life. After receiving her B.A. in International Studies and M.A. in Spanish literature she traveled the world working as an International Facilitator for Thinking Beyond Borders.  Most recently in December 2014 graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Nursing. Deeply influenced by her travels, dedication towards learning and inspiring others to learn as well as her recognition of the richness of diversity, she aims to be an agent of change through healthcare and serving as well as knowing her own community. As the founder of Re-Generate her motivation to create healing spaces and experiences is rooted in the belief that we must elevate ourselves to a higher standard, one that embraces regenerative systems, emotions, spaces and relationships. She believes that a life worth living is a life worth changing for.

James Harmon

These days, making it in the music industry usually takes a multi-prong approach; using skills acquired from different facets of one’s life to piece together a career. Growing up in Texas, James (j.harmon) deviated from the usual country lifestyle and gravitated towards off-the-beaten-path music. Starting at a young age, he grasped the basics of piano and followed through with that by studying music all through middle and high school. After leaving for college, he discovered the joy of DJing house parties and delved into the entire electronic music genre, which eventually led him taking production lessons from a member of Tritonal. All of the above lead to choosing the burgeoning underground music scene in Denver over Austin as a place of residency in which to further his dream of paving his way into the music industry. Stumbling upon the Night Supply Records and TheHundred Presents collective, a need washed over him to take it to the next level and the moniker j.harmon was born. James is also involved in a duo called Cosmic Dollar involving the rising Denver producer Eric David. Find his collection on SoundCloud.

Jenny Anderson

Jen is Regenerate Denver's experience and event connector. Starting life in the small town in upstate New York Jen knew that she wanted to expand her horizons. After studying theater in NY she made her way to Ohio University where she graduated with a degree in Communications. Her adventures lead her to Los Angeles where she worked in television, music and event production. During this time she learned a lot about the different industries, about people and life….and recognized a passion for planning and implementing events. After working Coachella Music Festival she left LA and spent a year traveling. She decided to move to Denver, CO  at the beginning of 2014, but not before another adventure to Guatemala where she spent time studying Spanish and learning a new culture.  Denver is the latest stop in her adventure in life and what a fun adventure it has been so far! Jen looks forward to connecting you and your venture with Regenerate Denver in the near future.

Elisa Safran

Elisa Safran originally comes to us from Athens, Ohio where she received her B.A. in business from Ohio University. She now calls Boulder home and dedicates her life to healing others through massage therapy grounded in an approach, which embodies a well-rounded perspective of health. Elisa has always been drawn towards the healing arts but her inspiration was further ignited after participating in and receiving her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2012, from Om time in Boulder, Colorado. Her yoga practice and training fueled her passion to delve deeper into the healing sciences of the body and mind.  In 2014 she received her Massage Therapy license from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC) located in Denver, Colorado. Elisa’s therapeutic bodywork is person centered, which means she specifically discovers with each person which massage and energy technique would work best for them. Coupling this approach with touch and intuitive healing as well as mindful and compassionate presence, Elisa facilitates an experience, which is profoundly restorative, nurturing and refreshing.
